We are not responsible for any disputes, losses, or issues arising from payments between users. Users are solely responsible for honoring their commitments and settling debts with their friends.

Intellectual Property

The Betcha name, logo, and all related content are owned by us. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission. User-generated content remains the property of the respective users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Betcha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betcha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any disputes between users regarding challenges or payments.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
